Oldfield is a private club community built along a stunning Greg Norman golf course, nature trails, saltwater marsh and the gentle meanderings of the Okatie River. Designed to fit perfectly within this gentle rolling landscape, homes and cottages will be built in the traditional Lowcountry style that has for so long marked the area.
Though it is less than 30 minutes from Savannah, Hilton Head island and historic Beaufort, SC, Oldfield feels like a world apart. Here, river, tidal marsh, ancient trees, and wildlife provide the natural beauty while the River Club, the Norman Course, the Outfitter’s Center, Sports Club and the equestrian facilities provide the activities and amenities that make this unique land a very special private club. And a very special place to live.
Right for the place, the time and the land. That philosophy of planning guides the look of the Oldfield community. Porches, yards and open spaces invite neighbors to know each other.
Homes are designed to be pleasing to the eye and the spiritbuilt to fit the land, not compete with it. Details such as gabled roofs, dormers, porches and decks are all part of the Coastal Design at Oldfield.
Home and homesite packages start at $500,000, with homesites from the mid $100,000's.

Crescent Resources, LLC is the developer of Oldfield. Building on more than three decades of strength and experience, Crescent Resources has emerged as a leader in the growing real estate markets in the southeastern and southwestern United States. The company adds value to which it has been entrusted, whether it be through land management, commercial development or a residential community.
At the center of a golf community is the golf. And the center of such an extraordinary community as Oldfield, must be an incredible course. For that, two-time British Open Champion Greg Norman has stepped up to the tee and created a course unparalleled in the Lowcountry.
Greg Norman took one look at the Oldfield property and decided not to change a thing. How could you improve on a land of marsh, moss-draped oaks, meandering river and pristine lakes? He could only create the course in harmony with these natural features. And that is exactly what he did.
The 18 hole course winds across broad savannahs of broomgrass and palmetto up to the expansive marshes of the Okatie. Golf club members enjoy a golf pro staff that excels at instruction, no matter what the skill level.
